Terms of Service

Template - to be reviewed and adapted by the operator before launch.

ToonClip lets you create short animated videos from your ideas, photos and images. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country. Payments by minors require consent of a parent or guardian.

You are responsible for the content you upload and create. Do not upload photos of people without their permission, or content you have no rights to.

AI-generated output may contain mistakes and is not guaranteed to match your expectations in every frame.

Credits are used to generate videos. Credits are reserved before a generation, charged for a finished video and returned automatically on a technical failure.

We may suspend accounts that break these terms or the law.
